A coastal kitchen for Mark & Zoe — Perranporth, Cornwall

Mark and Zoe’s home is a converted barn close to Perranporth beach — full of character, full of light, and until recently, full of a dark and cramped galley kitchen that was tucked away in the corner of a disjointed first floor. The brief was to open it up entirely and create something that felt as generous and considered as the building itself.

The result is a fully bespoke kitchen in oak-veneered plywood with a vibrant blue laminate accent — warm, individual, and entirely theirs.

The Design

Go with the flow…

Acoustic panelling was fitted to the gable end to improve sound quality and create a feature wall. These vertical strips, which reflect the exposed plywood edges were then thoughtfully used throughout the kitchen to create a unified design language and create a flow around the space.

100% Bespoke

Every cabinet was made to fit Mark & Zoe’s beautiful converted barn. No standard sizes and we worked with the shape of the building to ensure the perfect fit.
