‘We LOVE the cabinet that James made for us to our measurements and it was an absolute pleasure to buy from him. He answered very promptly and detailed to all my questions to make sure we were happy to buy a piece of furniture without being able to see it beforehand. His attention to detail in the conversations we had was matched by the attention to detail in the build of our cabinet and his method of making an OSB box for it (including transport blanket and polystyrene blocks) so it is safe in transport. We live in the far north of Scotland and it was no problem at all for him to have it delivered to us, in fact it arrived sooner than expected. Thank you! Received my tv cabinet from James and couldn’t be more pleased.It arrived very carefully packaged taking the utmost of care in making sure there wasn’t any chance of damage in transit.It looks fantastic in the lounge and it is beautifully made. James was great from start to finish. Happily made a tv unit to my spec, sent drawings before he made it etc. Beautifully made and good comms throughout. Brilliantly delivered by a private delivery man who took pride in transporting carefully for James. He kept in contact with a very precise ETA which was helpful. We’re delighted by the TV stand James made for us. It’s beautiful, practical and even better than it looks in the product shots. James is a pleasure to work with – he gladly made adjustments to suit us, kept us informed all the way and delivered right on time. Frankly, he needs to put his prices up – craftsmanship and service like this should be at least twice what we paid.
