Designed to celebrate the local architectural icons and capture the spirit of the Northcote community – you can pop by, chat all things colour with their brilliant team, discover your favourite colour on the tester wall, and mood board your dream scheme with their range of sample swatches.
Bespoke Oak Mood Board Trays..
Simple, modern with a high quality finish, I was asked by the team at Lick to design and make a set of bespoke oak trays to sit in-store to help customers plan their dream interior scheme. Sitting proud on the beautiful central counter, the trays allow the specialist team to advise and curate a mood board using Lick floor, tile and textile samples.
The oak trays are made from oak plywood with beautiful mitred corners that creates a seamless ply pattern along the top of the trays. Lick provided me with a can of their white paint to paint the inside bases of the trays to make fabric and paint samples pop when being used in their stores. The trays were finished with two coats of Osmo oil to bring out the rich tones of the oak and to protect in the retail environment.
It was a pleasure to work with team at Lick and amazing to see the brand come to life in their first physical store.
My oak ottoman serving trays trays are perfect to use on your footstool or ottoman, as a coffee table tray for cups, a base for vases and candles, or a tidy for books and trinkets.
Available in a range of sizes and woods in either square, rectangular or oval format. Our wooden tray range has it all to keep your space clutter-free and looking tidy as well as a useful portable piece to take from room-to-room. All trays are made by hand to the highest standards in my Cornish workshop.
